Booking and Cancellation Policy

Operating Rules of Belenos Tourist Accommodations

ONLINE BOOKING

From the reservations tab on our website.

The client pays the full amount of the stay and is entitled to a refund in accordance with the cancellation policy detailed below.

In this case, the booking will be confirmed upon payment of 20% of the total stay. Payment can be made via Bizum or by bank transfer to the account details we will provide. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival at the accommodation.

Once we receive the 20% deposit, the booking will be confirmed with a confirmation receipt sent via WhatsApp or email.

The minimum stay during the months of July and August is 6 days.

CANCELLATION OF STAY

The amount paid as a RESERVATION does not constitute advance payment for any specific night; rather, it is a fee charged to secure the total number of contracted nights.

If, upon arrival at Belenos Accommodations, the client decides not to enjoy one or more of the booked and paid nights, they will not be entitled to any refund for those unused nights.

In the event of cancellation, the client must compensate Belenos Accommodations for breach of contract, as compensation for the damages caused, in accordance with the terms of our Cancellation Policy detailed below:

CANCELLATION POLICY

The client has the right to cancel their reservation at any time. However, in accordance with Article 8.1 of Decree 143/2002 of November 14, on tourism accommodations by the Government of Asturias, the property reserves the right to retain, as compensation for the damages caused, the following percentage of the reservation deposit:

  • 30 DAYS IN ADVANCE: If the cancellation is made more than 30 days before the check-in date, the deposit will be refunded in full minus €10 for administrative fees.

  • BETWEEN 30 AND 1 DAY IN ADVANCE: If the cancellation is made between 30 and 1 day before the check-in date, the entire deposit will be retained (100%).
